Quick answers
I have never surfed. Can I join?
Yes. Gerupuk’s inside waves are ideal for first-timers, and Waka coaches you on land before you paddle out. Board included, safe and fun.
What time do sessions run?
Mornings, 7:00 AM to around 9:00 AM, when the bay is at its cleanest. Two hours on the water.
Do I need my own board?
No. Surfboards are provided for all session types. If you book the boat-only transfer, bring your board or ask Waka about renting one.
How big are the groups?
5 to 7 people maximum, one group per time slot. Private one on one sessions are available.
Can I get photos or a drone film of my session?
Yes. Waka partners with local photography and drone filming services and organizes everything for you, with exclusivity for solo surfers, couples and groups, and special prices for couples and groups. Ask about it on WhatsApp when you book.
How do I pay?
